Notaro Windows are currently searching for a window and door installation manager to join their team in Huntworth, Somerset. As well as having plenty of experience (at least 3 years in surveying) the ideal candidate will know what it means to put our customers first. To be successful you will have

  • a comprehensive understanding of the window and door manufacture and installation industry
  • be able to operate and oversee aluminium and uPVC windows and doors as well as conservatories and orangeries
  • knowledge of installations, experience in the order process and fitting of products
  • must take pride in their work, appearance and attitude.
  • a clean driving license as we cover most of Somerset
  • a passion work within a company driven by Customer Service.

You’ll be the first point of contact for all visitors and customers at S Notaro Windows Ltd; their first impression of the company will be you. We want people both old and new to Notaro Windows to feel welcomed and at ease, so you’ll need to have a friendly disposition, be approachable and enthusiastic. Your goal will be to make sure all visitor and customer interaction is exceptional.

You’ll need to be able to prioritize and organize yourself effectively. Along with welcoming visitors and answering the phone, you’ll perform general reception administration tasks, as well as other ad hoc duties and administration for the wider customer support team. Are you friendly, naturally well-organised, and enjoy working with a variety of people? We’d love to hear from you.

    • You have a friendly and confident telephone manner
    • You can screen and direct incoming calls
    • You have excellent communication and organizational skills

    • You have prior experience of reception, customer service or administration
